It's the Marc Jacobs sneaker wedge! They have arrived on net-a-porter and are only sold out in one size [last time I checked]. If you're still deciding whether or not to invest in these sneaker wedges, I would decide VERY soon because they're already sold out on ShopBop and all other online shopping websites that carry Marc Jacobs shoe collection.
