My Shopping Trip- Saturday 3rd March 2012
First Stop...
I went shopping today with my mum to buy some clothes and equipment from The North Face Shop in Covent Garden because I'm going camping in about two weeks. I ended up walking out of there with two LARGE carrier bags filled with everything from a new sleeping bag, waterproofs, a head torch, dried food, sleeping mat, walking boots and so much more...
Next stop...
We went to Selfridges afterwards because she wanted to buy some Louboutins [they didn't have them in her size unfortunately but she's going to Harvey Nichols some time during the week because apparently they have them there, I'll upload some pictures of them if she still gets them!] and we just wanted to browse lol. I went to look at the new collection from The Kooples, [I love their suits- they're tailored so well!] and I saw the most amazing white maxi skirt. My mum was going to buy the skirt for me but the price put me off, it was £195?! I thought that was a bit too much and I would have to wear the skirt a lot to get use out of it.... It wasn't even that I wouldn't get use out of it I was just thinking where would I wear it to? Probably when I go out shopping on holiday or to dinner on holiday, but then it's white so it's very versatile and I could wear it with almost anything... HELP!!!! Should I buy it? Wait for it to go on sale? Or just look for a cheaper alternative?
The skirt is so romantic though... You can't see it here in the picture but it has a slip underneath that ends about mid thigh and the rest of the skirt is sheer.. It's so beautiful! But I'd feel a bit guilty if my mum paid that much for it....
